Imported Goods: All LUXEN.PK dresses are imported from international suppliers in Europe, UK, USA, Australia, and China. While we maintain strict quality standards, minor variations in shade, texture, or finishing may occur due to different production batches.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Availability: Product availability is subject to change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
To place orders, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access. LUXEN.PK is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.
Order Processing: When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the listed price. Your order becomes binding once we send order confirmation to your registered email.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment must be completed before order shipment, except for approved COD orders.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. After this window, our standard return policy applies.
Refusal of Orders: LUXEN.PK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If your payment was processed, we will issue a full refund.
Delivery Areas: We deliver across Pakistan to major cities and accessible locations. Remote areas may have extended delivery times or limited COD availability.
Shipping Times: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available at additional cost. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility: Once the courier confirms delivery, LUXEN.PK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend providing accurate delivery addresses and being available to receive shipments.
Undeliverable Orders: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal of package, additional reshipment fees may apply.

LUXEN.PK offers a customer-friendly return policy for unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products including sale items, intimate wear, or specially customized pieces may not be eligible for return.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. COD orders receive bank transfer refunds.
